A portion of the profits from Vegizyme will be used to continue global developmental activities initiated by Chi’s Research, the for-profit incubator responsible for creating Vegizyme. Where possible, Vegizyme will be applied to a plethora of indigenous crops so that value-added products can be developed, sold and used to economically support many regions across the African continent. Through Vegizyme, we commit to deliver technologies to resource-poor farmers in developing countries, alleviate poverty by increasing productivity and nutritional benefit from crops, and generate income by adding economic value to cash crops.
