As a patented, proprietary bio-processing system, Vegizyme®
can be used to transform a diverse range of vegetable foods and other plant foods that are generally hard to digest, challenging to process or from unrealized sources into value-added products. The application of Vegizyme to zero/low-cost agricultural commodities serves as a vehicle to create and nurture sustainable agricultural systems effective in producing:

A portion of the profits from Vegizyme will be used to continue global developmental activities initiated by Chi’s Research, the for-profit incubator responsible for creating Vegizyme. Where possible, Vegizyme will be applied to a plethora of indigenous crops so that value-added products can be developed, sold and used to economically support many regions across the African continent. Through Vegizyme, we commit to deliver technologies to resource-poor farmers in developing countries, alleviate poverty by increasing productivity and nutritional benefit from crops, and generate income by adding economic value to cash crops.
